GREEK LAMB COOKED IN PARCHMENT PAPER (LAMB KLEFTIKO)

DIRECTIONS
Place on the parchment paper the onions and put on top the lemon slices. Pierce the meat with a knife in several spots and place in each whole half a clove of garlic and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and place the rosemary twig over the meat. Close the parchment paper and wrap well with foil. Bake at 180ºC for about two hours.
Note: The food is ready to serve.
