  • ½ zucchini
  • 150 gr. shrimps pud
  • 3 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp. french mustard
  • ½ tsp. tomato paste
  • ¼ tsp. stevia
  • ½ tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. cognac
  • 1 tbsp. low fat cream milk
  • ½ tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 lettuce leafs
  • salt-pepper


Boil the shrimps for 5 minutes and strain. Add the mayonnaise, the worcester sauce, the mustard, the tomato paste, the stevia, the vinegar, the cognac, the cream and finally the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix all ingredients until you obtain a homogenized mixture.

Wash well and drain the leaves of lettuce and place them in a deep bowl. Cover with the mixture and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
