TENDERLOIN STROGANOFF

DIRECTIONS
Saute the mushrooms in a pan using a small quantity of butter. Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan and sear the onions. Place the onions on a platter and fry the strips of tenderloin. Place in a casserole the mushrooms, the onions and the meat. In the same frying pan add the flour, douse with wine and add the cream, the salt, the pepper. Cook for five minutes. Add the sauce to the same pot we have the remaining ingredients and stir well. Let it boil and serve immediately with a bowl of rice.
