SALMON FILLET WITH PINK SAUCE AND TARRAGON

DIRECTIONS
Place the butter in a pan and saute the garlic and onion using at a low temperature for a few minutes. Add the skinned tomatoes after removing the seeds and chopping them. Season with salt and pepper the salmon and place in an ovenproof dish. Add the cream, tarragon / dill, salt and pepper. Pour over the salmon and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 220 ºC. Serve with wild rice.
